I found minimal information about Wishmas online but decided to give it a try, and I'm thrilled to share my experience as a guide for others. This enchanting event is tailor-made for families with little ones who still believe in the magic of Christmas.
On arrival, there is a cloakroom and pram park, so no need for outside clothes as the entire Wishmas experience is comfortably indoors. The event unfolds across four beautifully designed rooms, each contributing to a heart-warming Christmas narrative.
The initial room sets the stage, introducing us to the storyline, but it's the second room that stole my heart. Inside a lifelike train carriage, complete with rumbling seats and video graphics mimicking movement outside the window, the illusion was so convincing it transported us into the magic of the holiday season.
Two child friendly activity rooms follow before the much-anticipated appearance of Santa Claus, marking the culmination of the journey. What truly makes Wishmas special is the active involvement of the audience, particularly the children. The lively performers ask questions, giving the audience a change to share tales of first encounters with Santa, and even reveal creative treats left for the reindeer on Christmas Eve our responses ranged from cereal to beer.
If your goal this Christmas is to bring smiles to the faces of your little ones, I wholeheartedly recommend Wishmas. The sheer joy, wonder, and excitement radiating from the children make this a solid five-star activity. The entire event lasted just over an hour, concluding with a delightful bauble making room where attendees could craft their ornaments to take home.
Post-event, there's an opportunity to purchase photos taken at the start of the experience at the gift shop. Additionally, there's a coffee shop and various other stores to explore, making it a wholesome festive outing for the entire family. Wishmas truly delivered on its promise of a magical journey, leaving us with cherished memories and a genuine sense of holiday spirit.
